Students and parents are concerned about the potential dangers of campus life in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dining has become an area of particular focus, with consumers expressing a heightened emphasis on food safety and flexible dining options. This brief communication piece explains the steps Sodexo is taking to safeguard the health and well-being of everyone who dines on campus.

As we approach this holiday season, we're giving thanks and giving back. Join us in our efforts to Stop Hunger here in Murray! During the week of November 18-22, we're swapping Cookies For Cans - bring a canned good to the T-Room during normal business hours of 7AM-3PM to get a free cookie! Then on Wednesday, November 20, join us at Winslow where you can eat lunch for free with a donation of 5 cans or dinner with a donation of 7 cans! All items collected will be donated to the Murray Need Line to be distributed to families in need in the Murray community. Sodexo’s efforts to fight hunger began in 1996 by Sodexo’s subsidiary in the United States. With school cafeterias closed during holiday periods, Sodexo employees realized some children would lack access to basic nutrition. They began providing free meals to those children. Over the years the effort spread across the country and, even around the world as Sodexo employees, leadership and countries rallied to the cause.
