The campus living experience immerses you in a world of collaborative learning and living. Students who live on campus are more likely to get involved, be satisfied with their experience, and more likely to graduate. All students attending Murray State University are required to live on campus for 2 years, 4 full semesters (excluding summers). During that time, students are also required to purchase one of our meal plans, providing convenient dining options and ensuring you never miss a meal.
Pay for your plan: After making your meal plan selection, the cost of that plan is added to your tuition bill, which means scholarships and financial aid may be applied toward covering this cost.
Each meal plan is valid for one semester. Flex dollars remaining at the end of the fall semester will roll to the spring semester providing another meal/flex plan is in place at the start of the spring semester and stays active for the term of the semester. Unused flex dollars will not roll at the end of the spring semester.

First year students: Racer Premium, Gold Access 19, Blue Access 10.
Second year students: Racer Premium, Gold Access 19, Blue Access 10, Dunker Deluxe.
Third year students and commuters: May purchase any plan. No requirement.

Tuesday, January 21st is the final day for commuters to charge a meal plan to their student account and for residents to change their meal plan.

Resident
Racer Premium - $2,545 With a Racer Premium plan, you'll have unlimited access to Winslow Dining Hall for the entire semester -- meaning you can eat as many times per day as you wish. Includes ten (10) guest meals at Winslow and $75 Flex to spend at any Racer Dining venue. Also includes six (6) meal exchanges per week, max one (1) per day. Available to all students. Gold Access 19 - $2,545 The Gold Access 19 meal plan gives you more flexibility in choosing where to eat. Includes access to Winslow Dining Hall, five (5) guest meals at Winslow, one (1) To-Go meal a day and $222 Flex to spend at any Racer Dining venue. Also includes one meal exchange per day, five (5) per week max. Available to all students. Buy Now!
Blue Access 10 - $2,545 You can have the best of both worlds with an allotted number of meals in Winslow Dining Hall and Flex dollars to spend elsewhere on campus. Ten (10) meals per week at Winslow, five (5) guest meals per semester, one (1) To-Go meal a day and $872 flex dollars. Available to all students. This option does not come with any meal exchanges. Dunker Deluxe - $2,132 The Dunker Deluxe meal plan gives you eight (8) meal swipes a week at Winslow Dining Hall, one (1) To-Go meal a day and $550 in flex dollars. This option does not come with meal exchanges or guest meals. Available for second-year students and above. Buy Now!
Commuter
Commuters may choose to purchase any of the plans listed above, or they can choose a Flex-Only plan.
Flex-Only Plans Flex-only plans are available for students not required to purchase one of the resident dining plans. When you purchase a meal plan, Flex Dollars are applied to your RacerCard, which you may then use like a debit card at all Dining Service venues. You receive an automatic 6% discount, as food purchased with Flex dollars is not subject to Kentucky sales tax. You may purchase additional Flex dollars in $25 increments on myGate on the "money" tab. Buy Now!
